The McLaren 600LT is the focused performance variant of the 570S, produced from 2018 to 2020 as part of McLaren Longtail tradition. The Longtail nameplate originates from the McLaren F1 GTR Longtail of the 1990s; the 600LT is McLaren modern Longtail variant of the Sports Series. The 3.8L twin-turbo V8 makes 592 horsepower (vs 562 in 570S). Reduced weight, aggressive aerodynamics, and tuned chassis. Production was limited to approximately 1,500 coupes globally, plus 600LT Spider (convertible) variants. The 600LT is widely considered the connoisseur Sports Series McLaren.
