These Terms of Service cover your use of WhipJury (whipjury.com), operated by 7H Ventures LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WhipJury.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use WhipJury. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.
You are responsible for your account. Keep your password secure and do not share access with anyone else. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you think someone has gotten into your account without permission, contact us at [email protected] right away.
You may only have one account. Creating additional accounts to get around a ban, to boost your own ratings, or to manipulate votes is a violation of these terms and will result in all of your accounts being terminated.
WhipJury lets you upload photos of your vehicle, receive ratings from the community, compete in head-to-head faceoffs and tournaments, leave comments, and interact with other users. You can also browse and rate other users' submissions.
When you upload a photo, post a comment, or submit a vehicle on WhipJury, you keep ownership of what you created. By posting it, though, you give 7H Ventures LLC a license to display, store, and distribute it as part of running the platform. This license ends if you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has already been shared or cached as part of normal platform operations.
You are responsible for anything you post. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share. Do not upload photos of vehicles you do not own without the owner's permission. By uploading content, you certify that it is not pornographic, obscene, or illegal.
The following are not allowed on WhipJury:
Illegal content. Do not upload or share any content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to illegal imagery, stolen property, or evidence of illegal activity.
Pornographic and sexually explicit content. Do not upload nude images, sexually explicit photos, or pornographic content of any kind. Vehicle photos only.
Rating manipulation. Do not create or use multiple accounts to rate the same vehicle. Do not coordinate with others to artificially inflate or deflate ratings. Do not use bots, scripts, or any automated means to cast votes.
Faceoff manipulation. Do not create faceoffs solely to farm wins for your own submissions. Do not use alt accounts to vote in your own faceoffs.
Spam and self-promotion. Do not submit the same vehicle repeatedly. Do not post repetitive or off-topic comments. Do not use WhipJury primarily to advertise vehicles for sale or promote a business.
Harassment. Do not threaten, bully, or target other users. Rate the car, not the person.
Hate speech. Do not post content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, a public figure, or a WhipJury staff member.
Doxxing. Do not post personal information about other users or private individuals without their consent.
Graphic violence. Do not upload photos containing graphic violence or gruesome imagery.
Ban evasion. If your account has been suspended or banned, do not create a new account to get back on the platform.
WhipJury, including its name, logo, design, and platform code, is owned by 7H Ventures LLC. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use our branding or intellectual property without permission.
WhipJury is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors, or that the community ratings are accurate reflections of any objective measure of a vehicle's quality or value. The ratings on WhipJury are crowdsourced opinions, not professional appraisals.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 7H Ventures LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, about the platform or its content.
7H Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WhipJury. This includes damages related to decisions you make based on community ratings or information you find on the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
If you have a dispute with 7H Ventures LLC that cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled through binding arbitration administered by New Era ADR, under their rules in effect at the time of the dispute. Arbitration will take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless both parties agree to a different location or to proceeding remotely.
By using WhipJury, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may only bring individual claims.
You and 7H Ventures LLC agree that any dispute resolution will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. You can close your account at any time by visiting the Delete Account page. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination, including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continuing to use WhipJury after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
