Bentley Continental GTC: The Convertible Grand Tourer
The Continental GTC is the open-top version of Bentley's hugely successful Continental GT, blending W12 or V8 power with all-weather convertible luxury.
Launched in the mid-2000s as a convertible companion to the Continental GT coupe, the GTC brought drop-top glamour to Bentley's best-selling model line. It retained the GT's all-wheel drive and potent engines, originally the 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 and later a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, paired with a power-operated fabric roof.
The GTC delivered the rare combination of genuine high performance, serene refinement, and four-seat practicality with the top down. Its multilayer roof kept the cabin remarkably quiet when raised, and the lavish interior matched the coupe's craftsmanship.
Across multiple generations the GTC has remained a cornerstone of Bentley's range, offering buyers effortless cross-continent cruising with the added drama of open-air motoring.
