Ferrari
Ferrari's iconic 1980s flagship (1984-1996). 4.9L flat-12 mid-engine. Pininfarina design with side strakes. Cultural icon of the 1980s.
The Ferrari Testarossa is a mid-engine 1980s flagship produced from 1984 to 1996. The 4.9L flat-12 (180-degree V12) mid-engine layout was unusual; the Testarossa is one of the few Ferrari production cars with flat engine architecture. Pininfarina design with prominent side strakes (radiator vents) became iconic 1980s styling. The Testarossa was Ferrari halo car of its era. 4.9L flat-12 making 380 horsepower. Five-speed manual transmission. Production was approximately 7,177 cars across all Testarossa variants (Testarossa, 512 TR, F512 M). Modern Testarossa prices have appreciated significantly. Used pricing: $90,000-$200,000+ for clean examples. The Testarossa is an icon of 1980s automotive culture and increasingly collected. On WhipJury, Testarossa submissions are uncommon but always memorable.
