SEAT Ateca

Launched in 2016, the SEAT Ateca marked the brand's entry into the booming SUV market and quickly became one of its best-selling models. Named after the town of Ateca in Spain, it rides on the same MQB platform as the VW Tiguan and Skoda Karoq, giving it comparable interior space, safety tech, and powertrain options within a more athletically styled body.

The Ateca offers a range of turbocharged petrol and diesel engines, along with available all-wheel drive on higher trims, positioning it as a genuine family-friendly crossover rather than a soft styling exercise. A hot Cupra Ateca variant has also been offered, bringing significantly more power and sportier chassis tuning to the compact SUV formula.
