Dodge Magnum: The Muscle Wagon
The Magnum was a bold station wagon that brought muscle-car attitude and available Hemi V8 power to a practical body.
Produced from 2005 to 2008, the modern Magnum was a distinctive rear-wheel-drive station wagon sharing its platform with the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger. Its aggressive, low-slung styling gave the practical wagon body a muscular, menacing presence.
The Magnum offered V6 and V8 power, including the potent Hemi-powered SRT8 with over 400 horsepower, making it a rare performance wagon. It combined family-friendly cargo space with genuine muscle-car performance and rear-drive character.
The Magnum was discontinued after 2008, but it remains a cult favorite for blending wagon practicality with Hemi muscle, a uniquely American take on the performance estate.
